What These Terms Cover

1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration & Security

To access the full features of the 7ezbd Platform, you are required to create a single registered account. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number, and preferred payment method details. 7ezbd may request documentary proof of identity and address at any time as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must immediately notify 7ezbd via the contact email if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. 7ezbd accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

The following account practices are strictly forbidden:

• Registering more than one account per person (duplicate accounts will be closed and balances forfeited).
• Transferring, selling, or sharing your account with any other individual.
• Using false identity documents or misrepresenting your age or jurisdiction during any stage of the KYC process.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

7ezbd supports deposits and withdrawals through the leading mobile banking and digital payment platforms trusted by players across Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transaction values are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum and maximum transaction limits may apply and will be displayed at the time of the transaction.

Deposits

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

From time to time, 7ezbd may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as Pohela Boishakh, Eid, or the BPL cricket season. All promotional offers are governed by specific terms that will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

Where no specific promotional terms are stated, the following general bonus conditions apply across all 7ezbd offers:

General bonus conditions:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as stated in the individual offer) before any withdrawal can be initiated. This is referred to as the rollover or wagering requirement.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may only be used by the account holder to whom they were issued.
• 7ezbd reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion, bonus, or free spin offer at any time and without prior notice.

Void Bets & Disputes

7ezbd reserves the right to void any bet that was placed using incorrect odds, on markets that should have been suspended, or where a technical error resulted in an obviously incorrect price. 7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 7ezbd Platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds held in the account:

• Using automated bots, scripts, data-scraping tools, or any other software designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Colluding with other players or engaging in match-fixing or any form of coordinated cheating on any game or sports event.
• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds in a manner designed to launder money or circumvent financial regulations.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors in any game or Platform feature, including failing to report such issues to 7ezbd immediately upon discovery.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour toward 7ezbd staff or other users through any communication channel.

7ezbd cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities. Any account associated with fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activity will be reported to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

8. Responsible Gaming

7ezbd's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to the Platform in the 30 dayspreceding the claim.
